Let print_hex_dump show physical memory address

You may have been confused when using print_hex_dump with DUMP_PREFIX_ADDRESS.

The output address seems to be random.

Here's why

According to printk-formats, %p is hashed in order to protect kernel from leaking physical addresses to user space.

Pointers printed without a specifier extension (i.e unadorned %p) are
hashed to give a unique identifier without leaking kernel addresses to user
space. On 64 bit machines the first 32 bits are zeroed. If you really
want the address see %px below.

If you do need to show physical address while developing kernel modules, replace %p with %0x.
